Cookies Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-11

Rizmo uses a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary to run the service. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that profile you.

1. What is a cookie

A cookie is a small text file your browser stores at a website's request. The site can read its own cookies on subsequent visits. Modern websites use cookies for things like keeping you logged in, remembering a shopping cart, or recording a session identifier.

2. The cookies we use

Strictly necessary (always on)

These cookies are required for the service to function. Disabling them will break login and payment flows.

Name Purpose Duration
rizmo_session Keeps you signed in and links a request to your account. 2 hours of inactivity
XSRF-TOKEN Protects form submissions from cross-site request forgery. 2 hours
remember_web "Remember me" on the login page, if you check it. 2 years

Third-party (only set when relevant)

When you reach the Stripe checkout page (clicking Pro or Lifetime), Stripe sets its own cookies needed to process the payment securely. We do not control those cookies. See Stripe's cookie policy: stripe.com/legal/cookies-policy.

3. What we do not use

  • Google Analytics or any third-party analytics that profiles individual users.
  • Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any advertising-network tracking pixel.
  • Cross-site tracking cookies.
  • Fingerprinting or device-identification beyond standard server logs.

If we ever add an analytics tool, we will update this page first and we will choose a provider that does not require a consent banner (such as a privacy-focused aggregate-analytics tool).

4. How to disable cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Since our cookies are strictly necessary, disabling them means you will not be able to log in or pay. If you only visit the public marketing pages (the homepage and the SEO content pages like best rizz lines) without logging in, no cookies are set by Rizmo at all.

Browser-specific instructions:

5. Why we do not show a cookie banner

EU and UK law (the ePrivacy Directive and equivalent national rules) requires consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary. Rizmo only uses strictly-necessary cookies, so no consent banner is legally required. If we ever add cookies that need consent, we will show a banner before they are set.

6. Changes to this policy

The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes to which cookies we set will be reflected here before they take effect.
